Business Purpose: To scale high-retention content by merging traditional 2D animation with AI speed.
Key Responsibilities
* AI Production: Use tools like Stable Diffusion/Midjourney/Runway alongside Adobe Animate/AE.
* Storytelling: Turn scripts/VO into engaging, fast-paced YouTube visuals.
* Quality Control: Maintain character and style consistency across long-form videos.
Core Tasks
* Asset Generation: Prompting and refining AI backgrounds and characters.
* Scene Syncing: Mapping visuals to audio with perfect rhythm and timing.
* Cleanup: Manually polishing AI outputs for a professional, "hand-crafted" finish.
Key KPIs
* Output Speed: Minutes of finished animation delivered per week.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
Core Experience
* 1+ Year: Professional 2D animation experience.
