HyperVR Games is a VR gaming studio and publisher, founded in 2021.

We develop games in the casual simulator genre, offering a high-quality immersive experience for a wide audience.

We are one of the top developers and publishers on the market.

Our goal is to continue growing as a developer and publisher, bringing on more talent together, expanding our ecosystem, and strengthening our presence in the niche, ultimately becoming a leading VR player.

Our in-house game “Shave & Stuff” was awarded a “Best in Play” title by the Game Developers Conference 2023 and was released on Meta Quest, Pico, and Steam.

What are you working on?

• Genres: Action, Casual
• Platforms: VR

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Participate in product game design brainstorm sessions;

• Working in and driving a small team on a new product;

• Rapid hypothesis testing through implementation and internal playtests;

• Making the most of the platform’s capabilities;

• Ensure that implementing the controls and game systems provides the player with a great experience;

• Think creatively and critically to expand user experiences into new virtual reality mediums;

• Maintaining and supporting minimal but essential documentation;

• Keeping the team focused;

• Reporting on results;

• Gameplay Design;

• Prototyping & Iteration;

• Analyzing VR game market opportunities;

• Managing production across all stages of development, coordinating with all teams to ensure a clear understanding of production specs.
