International game studio Eschatology Entertainment invites a talented and experienced Props Artist to join our team. As a Props Artist, you will work closely with the World Building team and other members of the art team to develop and create high-quality art. Our team is made up of strong professionals who have developed and released world-famous games. We can provide an opportunity to develop and grow in various directions. We have over 50 specialists, not counting outsource and outstaff.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Create high-quality 3D props, objects, and environmental assets that seamlessly integrate into our game world. Collaborate closely with the Art Lead and the art team to ensure consistency in the visual style and quality of assets. Create props that enhance gameplay and storytelling while adhering to technical and gameplay requirements. Texturing and shading of props, ensuring they are visually appealing and optimized for real-time rendering. Participate in regular art reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to maintain the highest artistic standards. Integrating props to the engine and the final tuning Stay updated on industry trends and new tools to continually improve your skills and workflow.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Proven experience as a Props Artist in the game development industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing your 3D prop work.
Experience in full-cycle props development (Lopwpoly – UV – Hihgpoly (Sculpting) -Baking – Engine Integration)
Knowledge of Unreal Engine 4/5
Excellent understanding of texturing and shading techniques, including knowledge of PBR workflows.
Strong artistic and design skills with an eye for detail and a keen sense of aesthetics.
Ability to work collaboratively within a creative team and take and provide constructive feedback.
Solid understanding of the technical constraints and limitations of real-time game engines.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Passion for gaming and a deep appreciation for the role of props in creating immersive game worlds.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate ideas and concepts visually and verbally.
Will be a plus:
Understanding the process of foliage creation.
Experience with photogrammetry or other advanced scanning techniques.
Knowledge of procedural material creation (Substance Designer)

Trial period: 3 months
Type of employment: 40-hour work week
