We are looking for a Sales manager with outsourcing/outstaffing experience in game development or gambling.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Responsibilities:
primary contact with incoming leads
work with CRM (NetHunt)
negotiations with potential customers
access to intro calls
presentation of company services
brief written recording of calls
performing sales tasks: customer follow-ups, drafting answers, etc.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
What kind of professional are we looking for:
deep understanding of IT outstaff and outsource models and their specifics
experience setting sales goals
lead generation and Pitching skills
real work results. Self-closing deals
understanding of IT market, gaming or gambling market too
high level of English. (B2 or higher)
good decision-making and problem-solving skills
understanding of software development process
ability to identify problems and needs of potential clients.
