For which tasks (responsibilities)?
At least 5 years of experience in level design for FPS games
Ability to quickly prototype and blockout levels
Iterating on LD from first blockout to it's final stage
Close cooperation with both gameplay and environment teams
Experience with game editors and game design tools
Creative yet analytical mind and thinking out of the box
Great Unity knowledge
