What are you working on?

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Identify new market opportunities;
Perform extensive market research (each region and country);
Evaluate market penetration (each region and country);
Create databases and capture market data ;
Analyze competitors;
Conduct secondary research, including finding information from industry associations, statisticians, and marketing experts;
Generate reports to analyze competition and customers;
Work on benchmarking, continuous monitoring of new business trends, markets, services, and competitive intelligence;
Combine all the gathered information into complete and comprehensive reports;
Monitor the activity of the competitors in services and solutions to increase competitive knowledge and identify unique features;
Achieve a solid understanding of services and solutions by Room 8 Group;
Monitor private investment rounds for the companies in the Video Games Market;
Formulate and test hypotheses, develop and communicate findings;
Develop and implement a system of continuous updating of customer information;
Be responsible for the supervision of junior/middle specialists;
Be in charge of sales database management.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Proven Market Research / Data Analysis experience in the GameDev / IT industry;
Knowledge of a variety of different custom quantitative research, methods;
Extensive experience with multivariate techniques – when to use them and how to interpret the output;
Knowledge of all operational and analytic components of the market research process;
Ability to work well with numbers and analyze complex data;
Be familiar with advanced statistical analysis and research methodologies;
Search engines, web analytics, and business research tools acumen;
Working knowledge of data warehousing and modeling;
High-quality standards in both setting research methods and delivering research results;
Mastery of both quantitative and qualitative research methods;
Experience leading a high-performing team of researchers/analytics;
Experience visioning and conducting end-to-end research, from scoping to planning, executing, and reporting;
In tune with the big picture, taking a strategic approach to research prioritization;
Comprehensive knowledge of CRM, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Result-oriented, confident, self-motivation to achieve goals, flexibility;
Ability to plan your work and work independently;
Upper-Intermediate level of English.
