XR Producer (m/f/d)

We are an Audi-backed, multi-award-winning startup working at the intersection of mobility and Extended Reality (XR). By synchronizing the contents of XR devices with external influences such as acceleration, steering, and navigational data, we are creating a never-before-seen passenger experience.

• The name of the project(s): XR Producer (m/f/d)

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Based in the heart of Munich, we’re looking for an XR Producer to act as the end-to-end project manager for multiple XR games and experiences built specifically for the holoride platform, and, ultimately, become part of the holoride family.

As an XR Producer, you will act as the main communication facilitator between content partners and our internal team to ensure that all are aligned technically, creatively and logistically. You will establish, prioritize and maintain project schedules, track project milestones and deliverables, and effectively report project updates and health to stakeholders. 
 
Working with our internal team, you will refine and document content production workflow by scheduling, facilitating and ensuring best practices, to capture the overall status of the projects.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 7+ years of professional work experience in video game and/or XR content production

• 3+ years of professional experience leading teams and managing software development projects in video game and/or XR industry

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Asana or other project/task management software

• Ability to work well with others both in an office environment and remotely via online collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)

Bonus qualifications

• Experience in VR content production for major platforms such as Oculus, Steam and PSVR

• Avid gamer - particularly VR/AR games 

• Experience with content localization

• Experience with Active Campaign (CRM software) 

• Knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies
